I founded the IGB Group, a top 20 financial public relations and investor relations firm, in 2001. Over the past 12 years, The IGB Group has developed a strong reputation for providing leading companies with differentiated counsel, and unparalleled service and execution.

With 23 years of experience in capital markets, communications and investor relations, I lead integrated communications programs for pre-IPO and public companies. In addition, I serve as a trusted advisor to executives and boards on acute issues related to corporate valuation, public offerings, corporate governance, disclosure, crisis management, capital markets’ perceptions and brand building.

I have extensive experience providing presentation and media training to corporate executives and leading presentations for management and boards on such topics as interpreting capital markets’ perceptions, formulating impactful messages and building strategies for an appropriate investment brand. In the past, I conducted seminars and lectures for industry groups such as The National Investor Relations Institute and academic institutions such as Syracuse University and remain a sought after speaker and facilitator at corporate and industry events.

Prior to founding The IGB Group, I was Senior Vice President and Investor Relations Practice Leader at Makovsky & Company. I also served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Investor Relations Practice of The MWW Group. Prior to that, I was Manager of Client Service at The New York Stock Exchange, where I consulted with executives of listed companies on trading, financial management, disclosure and corporate governance issues. I began my career as an investment professional at Dean Witter Reynolds and have worked at CitiCorp and TD Waterhouse. I hold a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
